i found the buffet breakfast offered many selections. the staff was friendly and helpful when needed. the hotel's central location made accessing many places easy. i found public transport and clarke quay to be within a walkable distance.

i had a king room, and it provided sufficient space for two people. the room included an executive lounge. the rooftop swimming pool allowed awesome views, perfect for enjoying an evening drink.

li ming, the room attendant, was cute and kept the room in tiptop condition. she answered questions thoroughly and with warmth. the manager at madison's restaurant checked food and greeted guests bright and early. the service was AMAZING!!!

The staff was friendly and cute. The front office team of Maya, Shafiq, Dominique, Ilham and Asa. Farah from guest relations stood out. The lounge team of Kimberly , Puvi and Ryan.
The room was not family friendly, and there were too many items my two-year-old daughter could reach. The shower had a bad smell, and the drain blocked up quickly. The hotel needed to clean the shower drain more frequently. They did not provide bin liners, A SHAME!!!

the hotel location is amazing and convenient. the rooftop pool offers great views and a relaxing vibe i needed after seeing sites.
during check out, a porter was not around when needed. i had to request assistance with my bags from a staff member in the restaurant. i expect quicker assistance at a luxury hotel.

the room size was smaller than expected. there was limited space for luggage storage, only one suitcase could remain open at a time. the curtains did not completely block out light. i also noted the absence of a well-lit mirror suitable for makeup application.

I stayed in the executive king room lounge access high floor. the room included a water filter. This was very useful. the rooftop pool had a very nice view of merlion park. i found the hainan chicken rice at madison's to be the best i have eaten!
this made it hard to know which one to board.
